A small but focused follow-up to 2.49 — this release tightens up the leaked credentials module with the right remediation behaviour, and squashes a few bugs along the way.

🔁 No Retest for Leaked Credentials

The retest button is now disabled for leaked credential findings. Unlike traditional vulnerabilities, leaked credentials can't be "fixed and re-verified" — the right response is rotation, not retesting. This keeps the remediation workflow clear and avoids confusion on this finding type.

🛠️ Bug Fixes

• Fixed "Exposure Score" still appearing in parts of the dashboard instead of the correct "Risk Score" label.
• Fixed report generation failing on findings containing certain HTML structures.
• Fixed a vulnerability chart that could fail to render correctly in generated reports.
